John brings 23 years of experience in business development, technical expertise, and outside sales across manufacturing and plastic distribution. Throughout his career, he has held a variety of key roles, including Territory Sales Manager, Regional Business Manager, National Accounts Manager, North American Aviation Business Manager, Global Aviation Business Manager, and North American Distribution Manager. For the past 13 years, John has collaborated with Kaddas Enterprises, focusing on the raw material side of the business, further expanding his expertise and strengthening his professional relationship with the company.
Heather joined Kaddas as a Regional Sales Manager in 2001 after graduating from the University of Nebraska-Kearney with a degree in Industrial Distribution. In her nearly 20 years with Kaddas, she has been instrumental in helping Kaddas grow into an international company. Her efforts have included many projects that have impacted Kaddas’ ability to evolve into a leader in the thermoformed plastic industry, protecting wildlife, and protecting our customer’s assets. She has first-hand experience in several areas of the country and has spent a lot of time in the field with her customers.
In her spare time, Heather enjoys golfing and spending time with her family. She has a daughter that is involved in several activities and has been married to her husband, Kenny, since 2006. The whole family enjoys the outdoors and cheering for Husker football.
Jimmy Zapata is a sales professional with over 30 years of experience in the Utility Industry. He started as a lineman, then continued his journey as a Distribution Line Design Technician for Florida Power and Light. Since then he has been a Hot Line Tool Demonstrator, Sales Engineer, Product Manager, and then Sales Manager in the Domestic and International Utility arena covering Substation, Distribution, and Transmission systems for companies like Hubbell and MacLean Power Systems. Jimmy also finds the time to volunteer for the city of Pembroke Pines FL as a youth soccer coach.
Jim joined the Kaddas team in September of 2023. He brings with him over 30 years’ sales experience in the Electric Utility Industry. Beginning his career with a locally owned distributor in the St. Louis and surrounding area. Jim then moved to a 21year career with Brooks Utility Products Group, (Formally E.J. Brooks), holding various sales and sales management positions throughout the Brooks organization. Over his career, he has enjoyed working with many different channels within the industry including Electric Utilities, Distribution, Mfg. Representatives and O.E.M accounts throughout North America. Most recently he has worked in the Transmission/Distribution arena with UTILCO and both McWane and RS Poles, promoting wood pole alternatives.
Jim is a graduate of the University of Missouri with a BS degree in Business Administration/Marketing. He and his wife Vicki, of 33years, reside in St. Charles, Mo and enjoy spending time together with their daughter and son.
Jeff joined Kaddas in November 2024 as the West Region Sales Manager. With 10 years of experience in the electrical and utility industries, he began his career with Greenlee Tools, serving the contractor side. He later transitioned to the utility sector, working with HD Electric on safety testing and measurement products, followed by Sherman + Reilly, where he focused on distribution and transmission stringing equipment and blocks. Most recently, Jeff spent five years at Hubbell Power Systems, working with utility and OEM customers across Northern California.
Originally from the Chicagoland area, Jeff is a graduate of DePaul University in Chicago. A passionate supporter of Arsenal Football Club and all Chicago sports teams (especially the Cubs), he also enjoys golfing and exploring the country’s many national parks.
Courtney has been with Kaddas since 2006, starting in the Production Team and steadily expanding her responsibilities across all areas of operations, including shipping/receiving, scheduling, purchasing, and logistics. In 2016, she transitioned to the Sales Department, where she has played a key role in supporting the outside Sales Team, Manufacturer Representatives, and Distributors. Currently, Courtney leads the company’s marketing initiatives while also serving as the Sales Support Manager. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time camping and kayaking with her friends and family.
Rachael joined Kaddas in July 2024 as an Account Manager, bringing with her over 15 years of experience in client support, sales growth, operations, communications, team building, and recruiting. Having previously supported Kaddas as a client, she brings a deep understanding of the company's services and values. Prior to joining Kaddas, Rachael was Branch Manager at a national staffing agency, where she successfully transformed a struggling branch into one of the company's top performers. She has also supported startups and small businesses in achieving profitability through strong client relationships and operational optimization. She describes herself as operationally focused with a customer-first mindset.
A Utah resident for 17 years, Rachael enjoys exploring the state’s mountains and natural beauty. She values time spent with family, has a passion for reading horror and fiction, and is a dedicated advocate for animals of all sizes.
